We are looking for an Event Manager to join our team of superheroes!

Autograph Events provide a range of Event Management services to our clients, including events such as conferences, awards dinners, exhibitions, team building, incentives and experiential. Our goal is to work as a valued extension to our clients teams, the fact that most of our key client accounts have been with us for over 5 years, some nearer to 10 years is testament to this.

Sales & Marketing Executive

to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth; as well as identifying new sales leads and opportunities.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilise and grow your skills and sales expertise within a collaborative environment. The role is suitable for individuals eager to contribute innovative ideas while expanding their professional skills.

Location: Worcester - Office based

Hours: Core hours: 09:00 - 17:30 - Monday to Friday, 5pm finish on Fridays with flexible start times between 8am and 9.30am

Responsibilities



Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Identify new business opportunities. Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained throughout the sales process. Manage inbound and outbound leads. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities within the CRM system. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful event planning and execution. Report to the Sales Manager Create engaging marketing content including social posts and assist with website updates. Track marketing analytics, providing insights on engagement, audience growth, and campaign performance. Manage and grow our online presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns targeting B2B clients to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Manage relationships with clients and partners through effective communication and personalised engagement strategies. Utilise CRM platforms to track campaign performance, customer interactions and sales pipelines Prepare detailed reports on marketing activities, analysing data to optimise future initiatives. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth

Requirements



Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent telephone and verbal skills Strong attention to detail. Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven. Highly organised with strong project and time management skills. Target-driven, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced creative environment Proficiency in CRM systems (preferred), Canva (preferred) and MS Office (essential) Experience/knowledge in events industry Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, capable of presenting ideas clearly and persuasively. A proactive attitude with a passion for innovative sales & marketing solutions.

Pay: 27,000.00-29,000.00 per year
