Sales & Marketing Executive
to join our small but ambitious team. Thisnewly created position
offers the opportunity to shape our marketing function from the ground up, with a clear path to aSales Manager
role in the future.What You'll Do
As part of our sales and marketing team, you'll play a vital role in generating new business and supporting our brand growth.
Your key responsibilities will include:
? Creating and managing
outbound email marketing campaigns
to new prospects? Making
B2B outbound calls
to qualify leads? Scheduling
introductory meetings
for the Sales Director? Administering and maintaining our
Sales CRM database
? Configuring
CRM workflows, settings, and campaigns
to target prospects? Producing
CRM reports and dashboards
? Staying up to date with
CRM software updates and new features
? Researching and gathering information for new business leads
What You'll Bring

Essential skills and qualities:
Strong knowledge of
CRM software
(including workflows) Excellentorganisation and multitasking
