The Company
This role is working for a multi-award-winning brand experience agency! They design and create unforgettable experiences from luxury workshops for huge fashion brands to campaigns for established corporate businesses. They really are the go to agency for clients who want to put on an unforgettable event! The team is made up of experienced evet professionals who have a combined skill set across all disciplines within events and need an Event Producer to join them on this exciting journey!
The Role
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Lead to join their growing team. They currently gain a lot of their business off the back off referrals, or repeat business and have a healthy pipeline - however, the sky is the limit with this agency and they have an exciting growth plan in place and need YOU to help them achieve it! You will be the face of the agency, going out and attending networking events, meeting up with new and existing clients.
This is a broad role where the Sales & Marketing Lead will use all of their experience to generate new clients and maintain existing, whilst ensuring the agencies image is portrayed across all of their marketing channels.
Responsibilities include:
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, from initial prospecting through long-term partnership development
  • Identify new business opportunities and market segments in Singapore and across Asia
  • Lead client presentations and negotiations, ensuring we deliver proposals that wow and win
  • Collaborate closely with our creative and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Create and implement innovative marketing strategies that elevate the agencies brand
  • Develop compelling content and campaigns that showcase a unique approach and capabilities, in line with the agency
  • Manage digital presence across multiple channels, always looking for fresh ways to engage their target audience
  • Plan and execute events and activations attract new clients
The Candidate
As Sales & Marketing Lead, you will ideally have experience in a sales environment, as well as understanding marketing elements. The Sales & Marketing Lead, will work with the senior leadership team, drawing inspiration from far and wide, keeping the client at the heart of what you are doing. As Sales & Marketing Lead, it is essential that you are able to work with different cultures and respect this.
