Based in Monaghan Town, Co Monaghan, we are looking to recruit an energetic, creative & savvy sales and marketing professional who wants to make a difference in this unique progressive company. It's beneficial for you to have a keen interest and understanding of HYROX/DEKA, and fitness in general. We would need the successful candidate to be based in the office for the first 6 months at least 2-3 times per week in order to settle into this role.
For the right candidate, this opportunity will allow you to build a customer base for Ramfit across Ireland and gain not only valuable new business development and direct sales experience but also be a Brand Ambassador. The position is answerable to the Owner and clear goals will be outlined and agreed from the outset.
Key activities are:
Providing export sales prospecting for outbound and inbound customers to ensure the right product information is provided to new and existing clients
Marketing content creation & social media growth
Developing brand & business growth
Building a trusted client base relationship
Achieving and exceeding personal and team targets
High level of attention to detail and ability to design and manage effective journey planners
Effective time management skills required
Working on retaining existing business and growing new business
Good reporting (verbal/written) skills and general effective communications required
Ability to fit in with the existing team

Salary: 28--35k (NI Stg) OTE 40K or EUR34k - EUR40k (Euro) + commission OTE EUR45k

In addition to the above, here are the required skills, knowledge, capabilities, and education for this role:
Degree educated or other equivalent training preferably in a Marketing or Business subject
2+ years' experience working in a new business sales role
Previous experience of dealing with clients in account management and generating new business
Experience of using various social media channels
