heightec is a leading provider for equipment and training for work at height.

We require a highly motivated and enthusiastic hands-on Sales & Marketing Manager to drive growth and maintain our brand.

Responsibilities

Win new business and grow existing accounts

Plan and deliver sales and marketing campaigns

Manage social media, website and digital advertising

Create simple, effective marketing activities

Track results and identify opportunities to improve

Lead the sales and marketing teams

Other duties as required

Competence

Proven sales/marketing experience (SME background a plus)

Knowledge of digital tools (social, email, Google Ads, CRM)

Personal Skills

You should be a confident communicator, happy with both strategy and delivery.

You will be proactive, determined and commencially minded. A good negotiator and motivator.

Essential Skills

Leadership, communication, analytical and strategic planning skills are all essential for the role.

Further Details

We offer a competitive salary + performance bonus. This is mainly an office based role with some hybrid working. On-site car parking, Monday to Friday.
