Job Summary
We are seeking a results?driven Sales & Marketing Manager with expertise in the U.S. healthcare sector who will lead efforts in: generating qualified leads, converting leads into memberships, onboarding providers into our network, and developing & executing marketing strategies that increase revenue. You will report to [insert reporting line, e.g. VP of Growth or CEO] and will be responsible for owning the full funnel from lead acquisition through to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage lead generation strategies (digital, inbound, outbound) targeted to both consumers/patients (for membership plans) and providers (for network expansion).
Oversee conversion of leads to members: optimize sales funnel, manage follow?ups, track KPIs (conversion rates, cost per acquisition, etc.).
Identify, recruit, and onboard healthcare providers (primary care, specialists, telehealth, etc.) into Synergy Health 360's provider network. Negotiate agreements, ensure credentialing, maintain relationships.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, membership sign?ups, retention, and upsell opportunities (monthly vs annual plans, family vs individual, etc.).
Use digital marketing tools: SEO/SEM, paid ads, social media, email marketing, content marketing. Monitor performance and adjust.
Work closely with operations/clinical teams to ensure smooth member experience, feedback loop to marketing/sales to refine messaging.
Build and manage a sales team (if needed), or coordinate internal resources and external agencies to scale lead generation.
Track, analyze, and report on metrics (leads, conversions, revenue, provider acquisition, ROI of campaigns) to senior leadership.
Stay up?to?date on U.S. healthcare industry regulations, reimbursement trends, membership/concierge care/subscription care models, competitive landscape.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales & marketing within U.S. healthcare (membership/subscription healthcare models, provider networks, or direct primary care, concierge medicine, etc.).
Demonstrated success in lead generation & conversion: bringing membership / subscription products or services to market.
Experience onboarding or selling to healthcare providers (clinics, specialists, etc.), understanding their business needs.
Strong digital marketing & growth skills: PPC, SEO, email, content, social media. Data?driven, comfortable with analytics.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to build pipelines, manage CRM(s), forecast sales, set targets, and deliver.
Knowledge of regulatory/compliance considerations relevant to healthcare marketing in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or relevant advanced degree.
Proven track record scaling membership or subscription?based healthcare services.
Experience working in telehealth or virtual care service models.
Experience managing cross?functional teams (sales, marketing, operations).
