We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets Analyse market trends and customer behaviour to identify opportunities Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns Utilise Salesforce to track sales activities and performance Conduct sales presentations to potential clients Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
Skills
Strong sales background with a proven track record Proficiency in Spanish is desirable Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software Ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights
