We are now looking for a

Sales & Marketing Trainee

to join our Ballymena team. This is an entry-level role designed to give hands-on experience across both sales and marketing, with clear progression opportunities.

The Role

This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn how a successful car dealership operates and build a long-term career. You will be trained and supported by experienced team members and gain exposure to both customer-facing sales activity and behind-the-scenes marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

Observing and supporting the sales team in day-to-day showroom activity Learning how customer enquiries, appointments, test drives, and handovers are managed Assisting with preparing vehicles for sale, including presentation and forecourt standards Helping with vehicle photography and short videos using dealership software and tools Supporting online listings and basic marketing activity Gaining an understanding of CRM systems, compliance, and customer follow-up Developing product knowledge across Toyota and used vehicles
Over time, this role can progress into either a

Sales Executive

position or a

Marketing-focused role

, depending on strengths and interests.

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and willingness to learn Good communication and people skills Comfortable using computers and basic IT systems Interest in cars, customer service, or marketing Reliable, organised, and keen to develop professionally Full UK driving licence
No previous motor trade, sales, or marketing experience is required as full training will be provided.
