Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth.
Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening.
Present products and services in a compelling manner to encourage purchases.
Achieve sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
