In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a smooth transaction process for clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organised, and have a keen eye for detail. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable as you will be interacting with a diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties, highlighting key features and benefits.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings.
Provide administrative support including preparing contracts and documentation.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local regulations.
Develop strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and lettings.
Experience
Previous experience in sales or lettings is advantageous but not essential.
Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent organisational skills to maintain an orderly workflow.
Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written, is crucial for success in this role.
Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve a broader client base.
