In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the sales process from initial inquiry to successful completion. Your exceptional communication skills, keen eye for detail, and natural ability to connect with people will be essential in achieving outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities



Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service throughout the sales journey

Negotiation & Sales Progression:

Expertly negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving for the best possible outcome for all parties. Proactively manage the sales pipeline to ensure smooth and timely completions

Market Knowledge:

Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the local property market, including current trends, property values, and competitor activities

Client Communication:

Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of their sale/purchase, addressing any concerns or queries promptly and effectively

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, prepare sales agreements, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed efficiently

Organisational Skills:

Excellent time management and organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Full UK Driving Licence:

Essential for conducting property viewings if required

Working Pattern Breakdown:



Monday to Friday:

You'd work a full day from

08:30 to 16:30

. This totals 8 working hours per day, (30 minute lunchbreak unpaid). Across 5 days.

Saturday:

You'd work

one Saturday in every four,

from

09:00 to 13:00

. This is a

4-hour

shift.
