Overview


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Negotiator to join our great team which is part of one the region's longest established property firms. Ideally you will have some experience in a similar role.

You will be required to generate viewings and opportunities, converting them to successful sales for our clients and then managing the sales through to completion. Client communication is essential to us so you must enjoy engaging with people over the phone, email and face to face. Above all we, are looking for enthusiasm and confidence, but tempered with humility and the knowledge that there is always more to learn and do.

Some experience of valuing would be an advantage as we want you to be able to grow with us. If you don't have the experience but have the ambition and drive to learn we would still like to hear from you. You must have exceptional customer service and be capable of building strong relationships with clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and your organisational skills will be key to your success in this position.

The role is full time and will involve some Saturday working.

A driving license and access to a car is essential. A parking permit will be provided.

The salary offered will vary depending on experience and there may be some flexibly for an exceptional candidate. If you want to join us and we want you we will endeavour to find away to make it work. The salary is plus commission so the OTE is in excess of the salary banding.

Responsibilities



Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favourable outcomes. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and property listings. Provide administrative support, including preparing contracts and managing documentation. Keep abreast of market trends and property values to offer informed advice to clients. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless process for clients from initial inquiry through to completion.

Skills



Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients. Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple properties and client relationships efficiently. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service.
