About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales transactions, negotiating deals, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth progression of sales while maximizing revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with buyers and sellers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance.
• Property Listings: Manage property listings, conduct valuations, and advise clients on pricing strategies.
• Negotiation & Sales: Handle negotiations with potential buyers and vendors, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties.
• Market Insights: Stay informed on local property market trends, pricing, and competition to provide up-to-date advice.
• Viewings & Presentations: Arrange and conduct property viewings, presenting homes in their best light to attract buyers

Requirements & Skills:

• Previous experience in residential property sales or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good knowledge of the local property market.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and property listing platforms.
• Full UK driving licence (if applicable).
