We are seeking a motivated and driven Sales Negotiator to join this team covering the Castleford and Pontefract areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong people skills and a passion for property sales. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales process, from generating leads to closing deals, while providing excellent customer service to buyers and vendors alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties
Conducting property viewings and providing professional, friendly advice
Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors to achieve the best outcome
Progressing sales through to completion, liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders
Proactively generating new business opportunities through canvassing and networking
Maintaining accurate records using internal systems and CRM tools
Delivering excellent customer service and building long-term client relationships
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in estate agency or sales is preferred, but not essential
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
Highly motivated, target-driven, and proactive in approach
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Full UK driving licence and access to a car
What's on Offer:
25,000 basic salary
Realistic OTE of 30,000 - 35,000
