The role



As a

Sales Negotiator

, you'll be at the heart of the property sales process - matching buyers with their dream homes and maximising every opportunity. You'll be:

Conducting viewings and building rapport with potential buyers Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors Managing the sales pipeline from offer to completion Hitting and exceeding sales targets while delivering first-class customer service Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth transactions

What we're looking for



Previous experience in property sales or a target-driven sales role Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills Results-driven, proactive, and motivated by hitting targets Excellent local knowledge of North Leeds and surrounding areas is a bonus A full UK driving licence
