Job Profile:
Reeds Rains Branch in Newcastle-under Lyme,ST5 1PN are looking to recruit a new and experienced Negotiator to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.
This branch is part of
National Home Move
who are a network of 63 Reeds Rains and Your Move franchise branches across England.As a negotiator you will:
Register Customers and carry out property matches for Sales properties. Generate and conduct property viewings. Negotiate offers between all parties. Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance) Display excellent customer service at all times.
Industry experience is essential
In return we offer:
On Target Earning (OTE) Pay circa 30,000 plus per annum 6 months guaranteed commission pay. 5 day working week, to include Saturdays on rota. Pension Scheme Career Progression
It is essential that you hold a full UK Driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
The nature of this opportunity means the role is predominantly office based.
