An exciting opportunity has become available as a Sales Negotiator at our busy Altrincham office
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator and confident in dealing with clients in person, over the phone and via e-mail. A friendly and professional manner is required, combined with enthusiasm, attention to detail and strong IT/administration skills.
Hours: Full-time
Key activities include:
Arranging & attending property viewings
Receiving feedback and taking initial offers
Obtaining valuations
Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other professional contacts
Regular client contact
Applicant management
Administration including creating of sales brochures and set up of new files
New business generation & building local brand profile
Keep up to date with trends in the local residential property market
Nurture existing client and contact relationships
Candidate profile:
Proven track record of achieving objectives and building relationships
Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly build rapport and long-standing relationships
Team player but able to work independently
Excellent IT and administration skills - training on the in-house agency system will be provided
Calm under pressure
Pro-active thinker who maximises opportunities
Energetic, enthusiastic & entrepreneurial
Knowledge of the local area
Driving Licence and own car
Salary ranging between 25,000 and 30,000 dependant on experience, together with further OTE.
