Sales Negotiator

YOU MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN ESTATE AGENCY

What You'll Be Doing:



Welcoming and registering new clients, ensuring every interaction starts with a great first impression Driving business by generating and booking appointments across key areas - valuations, viewings, and mortgage appointments Negotiating offers confidently, securing sales, and guiding clients through a smooth and successful journey all the way to completion Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with clients at every step - trust and communication are key Working proactively to not only exceed your personal targets but also supporting and motivating your team to smash branch goals together

You must have the following:

At least 1 years' experience within estate agency or an alternative sales industry
This is a permanent job role, the hours of work will be 9am - 5.15pm and you will be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis. There is a basic salary with a commission structure in place, which will be discussed during the interview process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
