Sales Negotiator in Prime Central London
Join a leading Estate Agency in Central & West London as a Sales Negotiator. Our client are looking for an experienced and ambitious professional to take on this role and contribute to the success of our clients team.
If you have a minimum of 12 months experience as an Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator, this role could be for you.
Key Benefits:

  • Upto 25k Basic Salary
  • 70k OTE
  • Car Allowance or Pool Car
  • Selling prime/luxury property

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage property sales in Central London and surrounding areas.
  • Conduct property viewings and effectively negotiate deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, both buyers and sellers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values in the area.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 12 months of experience in a sales negotiator role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Central or South West property market.
  • A customer-focused approach and a drive to achieve targets.
