Are you a motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for property? Our client are seeking an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their London Bridge office.

This office should be exceeding \xc2\xa3800k in revenue and you will play an important part in the present and future growth of this office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, buyers, and sellers.
  • Conduct property viewings and provide expert advice to potential buyers.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Actively contribute to the growth and success of the agency.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in property sales, ideally within the London market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • A valid UK driver\'s license is preferred.
Our client will offer you a basic salary, upto \xc2\xa324,000 & \xc2\xa360,000 + OTE and Company Car.
