Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator who is looking to progress their career and support our branch manager by undertaking valuations up to 2 days per week in our busy Royton branch. The role will combine sales progression and business generation alongside valuations. Previous industry sales negotiator experience is required.


No previous valuation experience is required as full valuation training will be provided. You must have a good knowledge of the Royton area as well as your own vehicle and this must be insured for business use There are plenty of opportunities to earn uncapped commission in this role.


General Duties:

To respond promptly to customer requests to book Market Appraisal and/or viewing appointments and to deal with their enquiries or requests in order to assist with their move. To build direct customer relationships in order to promote and book appointments for our services. Maximise cross-selling opportunities at all times by identifying and recommended related services to customers which will generate revenue & enhance the customer experience Generate instructions by carrying out appraisals and following up of appointments to win business. To be responsible for accurately recording all information collated from telephone contact on the databases. Seek to maintain professional and friendly relationships with all Ryder & Dutton branches and departments To ensure all calls are answered promptly and efficiently. Any other duties as required

You will need:

A passion for property & people Previous experience of working in estate agency or a customer service driven sales environment A warm friendly personality and a willingness to learn new skills An enthusiastic & high energy approach to work Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Good IT literacy

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 09:00am to 5:00pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch, plus 1 in 3 Saturdays from 10:00am to 2:00pm
