Sales Negotiator
to join their thriving team.

What's on Offer:
Competitive basic salary of 24,000 - 28,000 (DOE)
Uncapped commission with realistic OTE 35,000+

The Role:
Conduct property viewings and deliver first-class client service
Negotiate sales and manage the full process through to completion
Build lasting relationships with buyers, vendors and investors
Work to and exceed realistic targets in a supportive, high-energy environment
About You:
Proven sales experience (estate agency preferred, but not essential)
Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven
Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
A team player who thrives in a competitive, fast-paced setting
Full UK driving licence advantageous
