Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong organisational ability, enabling them to effectively manage client relationships and property listings. This role is pivotal in facilitating the buying, selling, and renting of properties while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

Duties

Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information and answering queries. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market and trends. Prepare property listings, ensuring all information is accurate and appealing. Manage administrative tasks related to property transactions, including documentation and compliance checks. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales or lettings negotiation is preferred but not essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently. Multilingual abilities are advantageous, enhancing communication with a broader client base. Proficient in administrative tasks, with attention to detail in documentation and reporting. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about the property market.
