We are offering an experienced estate agent an amazing opportunity to join our market leading estate agency in and around the Epsom, Banstead & Tadworth areas. Our brand is incredibly busy and offers huge earning potential along with full support and training to further your career in estate agency.

We are looking for experienced Sales Negotiators or Senior Negotiators to join our award-winning brand and assist with the day to day running of the branch. Duties will include liaising with clients who are buying and selling properties and providing guidance and support throughout the entire transaction process.

You should have strong communication skills and be confident in speaking with sellers and buyers to make successful introductions, whilst creating new business opportunities.

The position offered is full time and full training and support will be given. Some previous experience in estate agency Sales or Lettings is essential.

We offer a basic salary, car allowance, and commission payments based on your performance with an OTE of 50,000 to 60,000.
