Residential Sales Negotiator

Are you a motivated and ambitious professional seeking to progress your career in property sales? We are currently recruiting for a Residential Sales Negotiator to join our established and dynamic team at our Penistone office.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage property enquiries and conduct viewings with professionalism and enthusiasm.

-Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to facilitate successful property transactions.

-Deliver exceptional client service throughout the entire buying and selling process.

-Maintain accurate records and ensure effective communication with all stakeholders.

Requirements

-A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (essential).

-Previous experience in estate agency or property sales is highly desirable.

-Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

-Self-motivated, with a proactive and results-driven approach to work.

-Excellent organisational abilities, with the capacity to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
