A hybrid client facing role in our busy Sherburn in Elmet sales office, you will be responsible for maintaining an exceptional customer service experience for our clients. Industry experience is desirable but not essential as training will be given. We are looking for candidates who are highly motivated and flexible with excellent communication and administration skills, along with a passion for property and people and a real 'can do' attitude.
Duties
To respond promptly to customer requests to book Market Appraisal and/or viewing appointments and to deal with their enquiries or requests to assist with their move.
To build direct customer relationships to promote and book appointments for our services.
Always maximise cross-selling opportunities by identifying and recommended related services to customers which will generate revenue & enhance the customer experience
To be responsible for accurately recording all information collated from telephone contact on the databases.
