What you will do
Manage and qualify buyers and sellers quickly to keep momentum in the sales process
Generate opportunities through proactive applicant calls, smart matching, and consistent follow-up
Negotiate offers confidently, manage objections, and secure the best outcome for clients
Progress sales by liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and clients to keep transactions moving smoothly
Deliver outstanding customer service by providing regular updates and building trust with every client
Ensure property listings are always accurate and appealing with strong highlights and details
What you will bring
A proactive, target-driven mindset with the determination to create and close opportunities
Strong negotiation and communication skills with a confident, professional approach
Organisational ability to balance viewings, callbacks, and sales progression effectively
A full UK driving licence
