Sales Negotiator / Trainee Valuer
Full-time. Permanent.
If you have sales experience within the property sector and can offer great customer service skills, lots of enthusiasm and plenty of pro-activity, this role could be for you.
As sales negotiator you will be enthusiastic, proactive, be able to use your own initiative and provide client support by staying in contact with all those who get in touch as well as generating new leads to encourage business growth.
This is primarily a negotiator position, however training will be provided to carry out valuations and listings and to work under both the Managing Director and Branch Manager.
The team works closely together to provide a seamless service to those who choose the company to market their properties.
Sales Negotiator Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7Communicating with clients in a professional manner over the phone, face to face and by email.
\xc2\xb7Arranging and attending viewings
\xc2\xb7Arranging valuations and other diary appointments
\xc2\xb7Negotiating sales offers and agreeing terms with all parties involved
\xc2\xb7Work within the team to achieve targets and improve performance
\xc2\xb7Keeping in regular contact with all active clients
\xc2\xb7Generation of viewing and market appraisal leads
\xc2\xb7Matching out of new instructions
\xc2\xb7In addition there will be training provided for the role of valuer in order to assist the Managing Director and Branch Manager as required, with career progression in this area.

Sales Negotiator Requirements:
\xc2\xb7Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, well presented
\xc2\xb7Able to work in a fast paced target driven environment
\xc2\xb7Ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines and in line with company requirements
\xc2\xb7Pro-active and able to multi-task
\xc2\xb7Determined \xe2\x80\x93 Be willing to go the extra mile
\xc2\xb7Computer literate
\xc2\xb7Professional Manner
\xc2\xb7Area knowledge is advantageous but not essential
\xc2\xb7Full Clean Driving Licence
\xc2\xb7Access to own vehicle

Hours of work \xe2\x80\x93 Mon to Fri 9.00am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 9.00am \xe2\x80\x93 4.00pm (with lieu day)
