We have a very exciting opportunity within our Wapping office for a Sales Negotiator. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to join a growing business in a fast paced and lucrative London sub-market.


The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, able to deliver under pressure, and determined to succeed in a fast-paced industry.


Key responsibilities:

Qualifying new buyers, identifying their needs and matching them to suitable properties Arranging and conducting viewings Negotiating with all relevant parties to ensure the best outcome for all Progressing sales from offer to completion Proactively managing client expectations Building relationships with to encourage repeat business and recommendations

Requirements

Track record in sale or customer service environment Knowledge and awareness of property market Previous experience in selling properties in London market (desirable) Target driven Strong work ethic Good communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and individually
