We're an established and forward-thinking Estate Agency looking for an experienced and motivated
Sales Negotiator
who can also take ownership of
sales progression
, guiding clients through every stage of the property journey.
This is a rewarding, client-facing role suited to someone who thrives in a busy environment, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and is passionate about property. You'll be working within a close-knit team, where collaboration, integrity, and professionalism are at the heart of what we do.
Key Responsibilities:
Register and qualify buyers, matching them to suitable properties.
Conduct viewings and provide honest, professional guidance throughout the sales process.
Handle offer negotiations, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties.
Progress agreed sales from offer to completion--liaising with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and clients.
Proactively manage the sales pipeline to avoid delays and ensure smooth transactions.
Provide regular updates to vendors and buyers, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
Monitor the local property market and identify new opportunities to generate instructions.
Deliver outstanding customer service that builds trust, repeat business, and referrals.
Promote additional services such as conveyancing and mortgage advice where appropriate.
Maintain accurate records and update company systems promptly.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in residential property sales, with knowledge of sales progression processes.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a confident, professional approach.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple sales effectively.
Excellent attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
A genuine passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
Proficient with property software and comfortable using CRM systems.
Full UK driving licence essential.
