We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Negotiator / Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by ensuring smooth administrative processes and effective communication. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. A multilingual background is advantageous, as it will enhance our ability to serve a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities



Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining records. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless operations. Maintain an organised filing system for sales documents and correspondence. Process orders and manage customer inquiries in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. Track sales metrics and provide insights to improve performance. Carry out property viewings Carr out property valuations

Skills



Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on clarity and professionalism. Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and scheduling. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients. Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ideally experience in a similar role for 1 year.
