Our client, a long-established and highly regarded independent estate agency, is looking to recruit a dynamic Sales Negotiator / Valuer to cover a desirable territory across North Suffolk and South Norfolk.

As a Sales Negotiator / Valuer, you will be offered:
Basic salary of around 28,000 Car Allowance Business Mileage Attractive Commission Structure: 5% per sale, up to 5% per completed listing Only 1 in 3 Saturdays (work/life balance encouraged) Career progression Work with a locally trusted, independent brand with a strong market presence
As a Sales Negotiator / Valuer, your duties will include:
Conducting market appraisals and converting them into instructions Arranging and conducting property viewings Negotiating offers between buyers and vendors Progressing sales through to completion Generating and following up on new business leads Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the local property market Delivering a professional and personable client experience
To be considered for the role of Sales Negotiator / Valuer, you must have the following:
Previous experience in estate agency is essential (negotiator, valuer, or similar) Strong track record of listing and selling properties Excellent negotiation and communication skills Confident, motivated, and proactive approach Good knowledge of the North Suffolk / South Norfolk property market * Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (car allowance provided)
