As a Sales Negotiator/Valuer, you'll be offered:

To be considered for the Sales Negotiator/Valuer role, you must have:
Proven ability to close deals and consistently meet sales targets Excellent communication and negotiation skills Minimum of 12 months experience in residential property sales Deep understanding of the local property market Experience winning instructions (Not essential) Full UK driving licence A customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach
As a Sales Negotiator/Valuer your duties will be:
Conduct viewings and help clients find their perfect property match Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers Provide clear, timely feedback and updates to all parties involved Drive sales progress by coordinating with solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other stakeholders Generate new business opportunities through valuations and client referrals * Work towards and exceed individual and team sales targets
