Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting sales administration, and maintaining effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. This role requires proficiency in various software applications and strong organizational skills to enhance productivity within the office environment.

Duties



Manage daily office operations, including being responsible for the smooth running of the business and on site employees (2-3) on a daily basis in conjunction with the Managing Director . Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders and managing customer relationships through CRM software. Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint to assist in decision-making processes. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documentation is organised and easily accessible. Handle customer service inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborate with IT support to troubleshoot any technical issues that arise within the office. Assist in the implementation of new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. Communicate effectively with team members and management, fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications



Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential. Familiarity with AS400 software is advantageous, but not essential full training will be given. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Excellent time management abilities with a keen attention to detail. Demonstrated computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly. Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. A customer-focused attitude with experience in providing exceptional service.
