What you'll be doing:

This is a varied and active office-based role with real responsibility. Your core focus will be to deliver industry-leading customer service and keep things running smoothly across our sales process. Daily tasks include:

Answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries Handling email enquiries quickly and professionally Processing quotes and sales orders accurately Sourcing special order items from suppliers Communicating with couriers and logistics partners Supporting the trade counter during busy periods

What we're looking for:

We value attitude and willingness to learn just as much as experience. That said, here are the key things that will help you thrive in this role:

Friendly, helpful and confident communication skills (written and spoken) A proactive approach and ability to multitask Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and email Organised and good with detail (accuracy matters here!) Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is helpful, but not essential Product knowledge in power tools, fixings or related trades is a bonus - but training will be provided
