Swift Marketing Solutions is an established marketing company with a strong client base focussing on the house-building industry. We specialise in the design, manufacture and installation of sales office suites for national clients.

The Role



We are seeking a talented, confident and client focussed sales office designer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing the journey of the creation of a sales office from brief, through to production, combining technical know-how, commercial awareness, accuracy and attention to detail to deliver exceptional solutions that meet both standards for internal manufacturing and our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct client consultations to understand the brief and any technical challenges the brief may present whilst adhering to brand guidelines and manufacturing requirements.

Design and Drafting: Developing initial concepts to present to clients into detailed 2D/3D technical drawings. Create detailed floorplans, elevations, visuals and presentationspacks for both clients and in-house teams using CAD software (eg. Vectorworks, Solidworks, Cabinet Vision, Sketchup or similar)

Develop sales office designs that are both practical and visually outstanding whilst functionally practical for manufacturing and installation

Manage the process of design to manufacture working closely with the in-house production and installation teams for successful outcomes.

Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Production Packs: Creating full manufacturing drawings including cutting lists, assembly instructions and material specifications

CNC programming: Generating nesting files and operating instructions for CNC machines

Collaboration: Working with the client, the workshop team and installation teams. Develop and build strong, trusting relationships with clients.

Technical Support: Problem solving for manufacturing challenges and ensuring designs are cost-effective and buildable

About You



Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual tasks effectively

Excellent design skills with a strong eye for details, proportion and spatial awareness.

Problem solving skills and proven experience to solve technical challenges

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical information clearly to both clients and colleagues.

A certification in CAD, furniture design or a related field would be advantageous.

Knowledge of CNC programming and software integration is a must.

Minimum 5 years experience in office, kitchen, interior or furniture design

Pay: 30,000.00-38,000.00 per year
