Hours: 20 hours per week



Shift Pattern:

To work on a rota to provide 7 day cover. flexibility with start and finish times to be discussed at interview




We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Officer to join our Extra Care Team here at Housing 21.


The post holder will play a part in providing high quality housing with support or care for older people of modest means, enabling them to live well with dignity and autonomy. You will also manage and lead on all mandatory buy backs and sales liaising with the Home Ownership Project Officer to ensure effective and efficient sales process on site.


Significant travel may be required for this role.


Other duties include ensuring sales duties are discharged in accordance with Housing 21 policies and procedures and housing consumer standards. The job holder will make sure that they fully understand and fulfil their responsibilities in respect of both Health & Safety, Diversity & Inclusion and Data Protection.

What we're looking for




The essential requirements for the role include:

A good knowledge of older people and the issues pertaining to them Knowledge of the Social Housing Sector and the relevant Legislation and regulations Experience in managing budgets Knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults Good knowledge of shared ownership properties, ideally in an Extra Care environment Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
