We're looking for a talented Sales Officer to join our team! Contractually based out of our Portsmouth office, this is a part-time permanent position, working 19.5 hours per week, with a minimum of 20% of this to be office based to promote collaboration and team working.

Here's the facts about the role:
The sales officer will be responsible for the co-ordination of all VIVID's shared ownership new build and resales transactions, as well as all other leasehold activities including staircasing, Right to Buy/Acquire, lease extensions, remortgages and transfer of equity.
You'll support the sales executives with the co-ordination, monitoring & reporting of the newbuild private sale programme, and resale / leasehold activity, in liaison with relevant developers, agents and solicitors.
The sales officer will ensure that our sales and investment objectives are achieved in accordance with our financial plans and targets.
You'll have a sound understanding of the social housing environment, including regulation and emerging government policy. Understand housing market, legal and regulatory requirements related to the government's shared ownership scheme.
You'll embrace a strong performance culture and commitment to customer experience and satisfaction, ensuring the delivery of high-quality information.
As this role involves travel, a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use is a requirement. Business mileage will be paid.
