If you join us, you'll be helping to improve the property industry for everyone. As a Sales Operations Executive, you will be in a a client-facing position that sits between sales and customer success, handling inbound enquiries across both Street and Spectre.




Responsibilities include brief discovery calls, booking demos, and supporting clients through the sales process. The role also involves some administrative tasks, such as creating demo and sandbox accounts, managing live account setups, and assisting with handovers to the customer success team. Sales experience or interest is important, and confidence on the phone is key.



You're a real self-starter, a great communicator, and a confident and talented problem-solver, who isn't afraid of going above and beyond for our customers.



This is a fast-paced role where no two days are ever the same - You'll also work closely with other teams across the business.

A bit about you...



You have a background in Sales admin or have a passion for working in that sort of environment You are passionate about providing an exceptional customer experience and building lasting relationships You have excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in written and spoken English) You're a resilient, motivated self-starter who works well independently and is excited by the opportunity to help scale a business during a high-growth phase You're highly organised with exceptional attention to detail You're tech-savvy and comfortable working with a range of modern tools and systems

Here's what you can expect to be working on as a Sales Operations Executive at Street Group



Act as the first point of contact for all inbound enquiries across Street and Spectre. Conduct brief discovery calls and book relevant demo sessions. Respond to all inbound enquiries within 15 minutes (SLA target). Demonstrate commercial awareness and confidence when discussing products and client needs. Create and manage Spectre demo accounts, tailoring environments to client requirements. Set up sandbox environments for clients to explore product functionality during the sales process. Manage live account creation and handover following a closed deal. Coordinate introductions between new clients and their Customer Success Manager. Serve as a bridge between the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless transitions. Maintain high levels of organisation and prioritisation when managing multiple requests. Complete all account creation and demo setup tasks promptly and accurately.

Salary

Interview Process




3 stages = Introductory call with one of our Talent team > Hiring Manager Interview > Final interview with our VP of Sales.

Compensation Range: 28K - 30K
