We have an exciting opportunity to join Waddle as a Sales Operations Administrator. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our sales function by managing data, producing accurate reports, and ensuring operational processes run smoothly. Your work will enable our Senior Protection Advisors to perform at their best while maintaining the integrity of financial and performance information.

The Role

As a Sales Operations Administrator, you will manage policy notifications, oversee commission processes, maintain financial records, and provide key reporting and analysis to support decision-making. You will liaise with management to resolve discrepancies, streamline processes, and ensure smooth operations across the sales function.

Key Responsibilities

Manage provider email inboxes and allocate notifications to Senior Protection Advisors. Enter and maintain financial and sales data accurately in company spreadsheets. Support commission cycle processes, including validation, reconciliation, and distribution of statements. Monitor payment statuses with providers via phone or portals. Manage spreadsheets and calendars for policy recollections and client communications. Ensure clawback deductions are accurately recorded for commission calculations. Process client communications regarding policy updates and payment statuses. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including sales submissions and client record updates. Prepare sales activity reports, financial summaries, and trackers for leadership visibility. Maintain and improve spreadsheet models, dashboards, and reporting templates. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce manual tasks.

About You

Proven experience in sales support, financial reporting, or a similar analytical/administrative role. Strong Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, data validation). High attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of data accurately. Confident in producing and interpreting financial or performance reports. Excellent communication skills, able to work with internal stakeholders and senior staff. Strong organisational skills with experience managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Understanding of commission structures or sales operations preferred but not essential.

Personal Attributes

Analytical, detail-driven, and proactive. Solutions-focused with a strong sense of ownership and accountability. Able to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
