Within the Waste & Water Services Division of Franchise Brands, is also Willow Pumps and Filta. Two expanding businesses that focus on sewage pumps and commercial kitchen solutions. Together, the brands provide a complete one-stop shop for keeping water and waste flowing.
We are a successful small business with the backing of a nationally recognised brand Metro Rod. We provide a 24/7 service to both commercial and domestic customers.
What does it entail?
This person will be responsible for managing commercial relationships and overseeing the operations across a specific location. The role is ideal for someone who is confident and who has experience managing stakeholder relationships as well as working within a busy fast paced environment. Some of the duties involved but not limited to will be:
Schedule engineers works - reactive, planned maintenance and quoted works.
Liaise with customers, arrange appointments, requesting uplifts etc.
Assist with creating quotes
Work on CCTV reports and quotes
Ordering parts for engineers
Deal with incoming calls/emails - mark/send emails to relevant person
Collect data on engineers' performance and report to management on a monthly basis

Experience within a scheduling/maintenance admin role
Resilient and able to adapt
Customer focused, enthusiastic and a confident communicator
Excellent written and verbal skills
Competent IT skills - specific experience using Excel
Great administrative and organisational ability
Collaborative whilst able to work on your own unsupervised
