As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and enhancing our brand presence in the market.

Responsibilities

Actively engage with customers to promote brand awareness and product knowledge. Conduct product demonstrations and provide information to potential customers. Gather feedback from customers to improve product offerings and customer experience. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies and campaigns. Attend events, trade shows, and community activities to represent the brand effectively. Maintain a deep understanding of the brand's values, products, and services to communicate effectively with customers. Utilise social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage with the audience.

Experience

Previous experience in marketing or as a Brand Ambassador is advantageous but not essential. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are ideal for success in this role. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences. A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
