Sales & Operations Assistant
to support both our sales activity and the day-to-day operational workflow.
This is
not
a basic admin role -- it's a genuine career-building opportunity for someone who wants responsibility, development and progression.
What You'll Be Doing
You will play a central role in both client-facing communication and internal coordination, including:
Managing incoming calls and emails, handling client enquiries professionally
Supporting the Sales Team with quotes, follow-ups, proposals and documentation
Assisting with lead management and contributing to sales growth
Finalising job bookings, scheduling work and managing busy calendars
Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
Updating CRM systems, job boards and digital workflow tools
Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records of jobs and enquiries
Prioritising urgent tasks and managing time-sensitive requests
Identifying issues early and helping solve problems before they escalate
Keeping workflows organised in a busy operations and field-service environment

? GCSE English & Maths required (A-Levels or equivalent a strong advantage)

? Understanding of property maintenance or the property sector is a strong bonus
