Job Overview


We are well-established and fast-growing property maintenance and cleaning services company, working closely with landlords, estate agents, housing associations and commercial clients across the region. We specialise in general maintenance, end of tenancy and commercial cleaning, interior painting, kitchen & bathroom fitting, and professional flooring installation (laminate, tiles, vinyl and carpet).

Sales & Operations Assistant

to support both our sales activity and the day-to-day operational workflow.

This is

not

a basic admin role -- it's a genuine career-building opportunity for someone who wants responsibility, development and progression.

What You'll Be Doing



You will play a central role in both client-facing communication and internal coordination, including:

Managing incoming calls and emails, handling client enquiries professionally Supporting the Sales Team with quotes, follow-ups, proposals and documentation Assisting with lead management and contributing to sales growth Finalising job bookings, scheduling work and managing busy calendars Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams Updating CRM systems, job boards and digital workflow tools Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records of jobs and enquiries Prioritising urgent tasks and managing time-sensitive requests Identifying issues early and helping solve problems before they escalate Keeping workflows organised in a busy operations and field-service environment

What We're Looking For

Tech-savvy and confident using CRMs, spreadsheets and digital systems Organised, reliable and excellent at multitasking Articulate, with strong written and spoken English Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment Proactive, confident and naturally solution-focused Ambitious, with a growth mindset and a desire to progress within the company A team player with a professional and positive attitude

Experience & Skills Required



? Preferably experience in an office, coordination, operations or customer-facing role


? Strong computer literacy (MS Office, CRMs, digital workflow tools)


? Excellent communication skills via phone and email


? Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently


? GCSE English & Maths required (A-Levels or equivalent a strong advantage)


? Professional, confident and customer-focused demeanour


? Understanding of property maintenance or the property sector is a strong bonus



Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Graduate

Pay: 24,420.00-30,732.60 per year
