What are we looking for?
You could be a medical professional looking for a change, a great sales person or an experienced Aesthetics Practice Manager or a training manager. You will be working with the daily requirements of a multi-site operation, dealing with questions from our partner sites, suppliers and the training needs of the business. Assisting with the needs of the recruitment, and marketing departments and the all round desire to create operational excellence.
Ideally suited to an individual who has some experience of either the Health Care, Aesthetics or Beauty Industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the operations and growth strategy for our franchise clinics. This is a role that requires excellent communication skills, good business acumen, and the ability to effectively manage your time and outputs .
Responsibilities:
Franchise Growth:
Implement our strategy for franchisee onboarding, cultivating relationships with franchisees, ensuring they understand our brand and their growth opportunities. Manage the onboarding to daily/weekly/monthly operational requirements. Experience in CRM systems an advantage. Build and maintain relationships with existing franchisees, providing ongoing support and guidance. Develop and implement programs to ensure franchisee retention and satisfaction.
Business Promotion and Advertising:
Work alongside the marketing dept to assist in creating effective marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and attract new franchisees (B2B) and new patients for their clinics (B2C) to support their growth. Manage advertising budgets and negotiate with media partners to secure optimal reach and value.
Recruitment and Training:
Delivery of comprehensive training programs for new and existing franchisees, covering operational procedures, marketing strategies, and sales techniques and utilising our clinical trainers for their aesthetics clinical training and mentorship. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the franchise network.
Operational Excellence:
Help to manage and optimise all aspects of our daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Develop and implement systems and processes to improve efficiency and productivity across the franchise network. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on progress towards growth targets. Implement the delivery of the Skin Within Operations Manual
Building Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including franchisees, suppliers, and industry partners. Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers to secure favourable terms and services. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building brand awareness and fostering new partnerships.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven track record of success in operation management ideally within an Aesthetic environment. Understanding of the Aesthetics market. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Proven experience in recruitment, training, and team development. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business software e.g. ANS
Personal Qualities:
Highly motivated and results-oriented. Excellent time management and organisational skills. Fantastic communication skills and able to communicate effectively with our target group of franchisees of highly qualified Health Care Professionals from Doctors, Nurses, Dentists and Pharmacists. Passionate about building and growing successful businesses. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise franchise locations to ensure consistent adherence to company standards and policies
- Provide guidance and support to franchise owners on operational, marketing, and sales strategies
- Conduct regular site visits to assess performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement training programs for franchise owners and any staff
- Monitor financial performance of franchise locations and work with owners to achieve revenue targets
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of sales management principles and techniques
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
