Moose Toys is seeking a

Spanish Speaking Operations Coordinator

to join our Team in Cornwall.

The Role

Workdays: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 +Hybrid +Flexi
To provide the highest level of customer experience from sales order receipt, through sales order management process to delivery of goods on time and in full. You will be required to take ownership and manage customer accounts to process orders and provide follow on support through to customer delivery and invoicing. Undertake the efficient receipt, processing, management and despatch of orders.

Experience & Qualifications

Fluent in Spanish plus English - essential

Extensive knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes

Effective time management and organisation skills

Previous experience in a similar role would be highly desirable A degree in International Business (or related field) - a plus

Other European languages - considered an asset

Our contracts are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (1/2 hour paid lunch break).

Hybrid -We offer work from home 2days a week (Wednesdays and Fridays) depending on business needs.

We run a non-contractual flexi hours scheme whereby our core working hours are 10:00 - 15:00 (Monday to Friday). The additional hours are made up flexibly across the week.

Company Pension Contribution - 4% after 3 months service
