About you/ Job Summary




We are looking for a Sales Operations Lead who will play a central role in supporting and optimising our commercial operations. This role involves managing a sales desk for opportunities that do not require a full sales lead, as well as contract extensions and renewals. You will thrive in a fast-paced, growth environment, enjoy organisation and attention to detail, and be driven by commercial problem-solving. Your expertise ensures that everything from quotations to reporting runs smoothly and efficiently.


You will work closely with business development, sales, professional services, and customer success teams to create quotations, produce high-quality proposals, maintain pipeline integrity, manage approvals and deadlines, and keep leadership informed with timely insights.

Key Accountabilities




Assist customers with product information and sales inquiries Process orders accurately and efficiently Maintain and update customer records and sales data Support the bd and sales team Ensure a high level of customer service at all times

Own and create all quotations

and contract documentation across the commercial side of the business -- including new logo, expansion, and renewal opportunities -- ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Track and assist with the creation and submission of proposals (for ARR and PS), tenders, and estimates

, coordinating inputs and approvals to meet deadlines. Maintain

pipeline integrity

by ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness within the CRM. Produce

regular reports and analysis

of quotations and commercial activity to support data-driven decisions. Manage

approvals and governance workflows

, ensuring pricing, commercial, and contractual sign-offs are completed efficiently. Support

forecasting and performance reporting

by ensuring clean, accurate data in systems. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and implement process improvements across the revenue lifecycle. Assist with

CRM and sales tool optimisation

and help train colleagues on best practices

Booked new ARR Quality and accuracy of quotations and proposals Positive feedback from the revenue team and customers on the timeliness and quality of proposals Accurate and up-to-date data entry and reporting Positive feedback from internal stakeholders on administrative support and services

Experience and Skills



Our ideal candidate would have experience in the following areas:



Accurate and up-to-date data entry and reporting Experience in a sales, revenue, or operations support role, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment. Confident in using CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) and highly value clean, accurate data. Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic scale-up setting. Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data to spot trends, track KPIs, and aid decision-making. Collaborative and approachable, with excellent communication skills and a "can-do" attitude. Curious, adaptable, and motivated by continuous learning and growth.
