You'll play a key role in supporting our B2B team, owning and improving our Salesforce platform, driving process improvements, and optimizing tools and systems to meet the needs of our sales and customer service functions. London, UK (Hybrid - 3 days in the office)

About the Role




Reporting to the Head of B2B Commercial, you'll be instrumental in supporting our B2B team, owning and improving our salesforce platform, driving process improvements, and optimizing tools and systems to help Gumtree achieve its commercial objectives.


As the Sales Operations Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, customer service and marketing, to improve operational efficiency, launch new products and features, and ensure the sales team operates at peak efficiency. You will be the go-to expert for Salesforce, ensuring it is fully leveraged to meet the needs of the sales and customer service organization.


You'll be equally adapt being hands on to maintain, develop and launch new features, while also working with our salesforce dev team to transform our systems into a world class B2B and Customer Service platform.

What are we looking for?



Proven experience in Sales or Revenue Operations. Strong Salesforce Administration skills (including workflows, reporting, and integrations) Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Familiarity with CPQ systems and Livechat/Chatbot tools is a plus.
