We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Analyst to lead the advanced analytics & scenario planningrequired to effectively run our newly launched business wide S&OP process, enabling optimal inventory levels,and highcustomer service levels at best possiblecost. The successful candidate will play a key role in reducing supply chain risks and driving continuous improvements in planning processes.

What you will be doing:



Develop and run the end-to-end planning analytics required to enable business visibility to critical demand & supply imbalances Collaborate with demand planning, supply planning, operations and commercial teams to build and maintain the tools and reports necessary to optimize stock levels and minimize shortages/excess. Monitor and report on critical KPI performance ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets including, but not limited to: availability, inventory KPIs, DOTIF, Storage capacity / costs. Directly support the preparation of the reports and insights necessary to run the S&OP processes, ensuring clarity of information resulting in effective critical decision-making Identify and mitigate risks associated with supply disruptions, capacity constraints, and market fluctuations. Support continuous improvement initiatives to refine planning methodologies and operational efficiency.

What we need from you:



Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field. 3+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning or inventory management Strong understanding of S&OP processes, inventory control, and demand forecasting. Proficiency in ERP systems(preferably SAP) Essential advanced Excel / analytics tools. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and drive strategic planning initiatives.
