Role Overview:



The Sales Order Processing and Customer Service Supervisor supports the Manager by overseeing day-to-day team operations, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and customer service standards are met. This role acts as the link between management and the administration team, providing guidance, monitoring performance, and resolving issues as they arise.

Sales Order Processing



Support the end-to-end order processing workflow from order to deliver and invoicing. Supervise the daily workflow of the order processing team. Check and approve orders, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with SLAs. Escalate complex order or delivery issues to the Manager. Support cross-department collaboration with account management, warehouse, and logistics.

Customer Service Support



Act as the first point of escalation for customer service queries within the team. Ensure all queries are handled promptly and professionally through solution-focused service. Support the Manager in monitoring KPIs and service level agreements. Provide feedback on recurring issues to help improve processes.

Team Leadership



Allocate tasks and monitor workloads within the administration team. Train and mentor team members on processes, systems, and service standards. Track team performance against objectives and report findings to the Manager. Promote a positive, customer-focused team environment. In the absence of the manager, the ability to cover and support where required.

Process and Systems



Ensure team members are using systems correctly and efficiently. Identify day-to-day operational bottlenecks and propose solutions. Assist the Manager in implementing process improvements.

Skills:



Previous experience in a supervisory or senior administration role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to guide, coach, and motivate team members. Attention to detail with strong problem-solving ability. Proficient in Microsoft Office and order processing systems.
Working pattern: 5 days out of 7, 8am-5pm
