08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 Friday

Salary: 25,500 per annum.



Summary of position:

Working closely with the Sales team to support all aspects of the Sales function including but not limited to processing orders accurately and in a timely manner, providing accurate information to customers and TPP departments, providing quotes to potential customers.

Primary Responsibilities



Enter Sales orders, proformas and quotes onto Sage 200 Function as a second check for orders processed by colleagues Confirm order acknowledgement Assist with arranging booking times for collections Monitor order progression from initial order through to delivery Consult with customers via email and telephone regarding orders and delivery dates Organise customer payments Answer telephone calls promptly and professionally, taking messages and answering queries where appropriate Provide admin support to Sales personnel and produce necessary documentation Adhere to all TPP Policies and Procedures

Numeracy and literacy and IT minimum level 2
